The hirer and the lender regulate the right to issue instructions and other conditions between themselves in an employee leasing agreement. These companies have specialised in Zeitarbeit International Temporary employment agencies specialise in hiring employees to work for another company for a limited period of time. The advantage of temporary employment agencies is that the employees are not employed by the temporary employment agency itself, but are only deployed by the hiring company.
2. co-operation between companies:
It is also possible for a company to transfer its employees to another company for a certain period of time.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of hiring out employees?
One of the major advantages is the short response time. If employees are absent, they can be quickly replaced by temporary staff. Even with market fluctuations and increased demand at certain times, the need for Staff Flexible can be adapted. This prevents bottlenecks and allows companies to work more effectively.
Another advantage is that the hirer has fewer obligations. He only has to ensure the safety and appropriate working conditions of the employee. The hirer is responsible for everything else.
The advantage for companies is that they do not have to go through a time-consuming search for personnel. The hiring company has staff with the appropriate qualifications to hand.
One disadvantage is that the staff are not your own. It is therefore important for companies to familiarise and train their employees. Of course, this takes time and is costly.
Once the period of temporary employment has expired, the employee must leave the position. Unfortunately, this also means that a person who has been trained has to leave the team and someone new has to be found who will then be trained again.
Another disadvantage, of course, is that employees often do not identify with the company they work for. They have less of a sense of loyalty as they are only employed by the company for a short period of time. The hiring company assumes no responsibility for the quality of the work performed. They are only responsible for the qualifications of the temporary workers.
It is important for companies to be aware of the advantages and disadvantages and then make their decision accordingly as to whether they want to employ temporary workers on a temporary basis. Depending on the job, this may not be a problem if the work is not particularly responsible.
